Most people with periods know their menstrual phase pretty well, but not many are aware of the other three phases of the cycle. Period care start-up Yoppie wants to change this by using its blog and social media to spread expert-based knowledge and by adding science-backed supplements and skincare to its subscription box. We helped them go from period care to cycle care with a new concept called Ride your cycle.
